No Refund & No Return Policy
We do not accept any returns or process refunds for orders. We make every effort to fulfill your order exactly as placed. Once an order is confirmed and successfully placed on our website, it cannot be cancelled, modified, or refunded under any circumstances.
However, if we are unable to process your order for any reason on our end, we will contact you directly to discuss the best possible solution.
Non-Deliverable Items
If a courier is returned to us or marked as non-deliverable due to customer error or courier issues—including but not limited to: wrong address, incorrect phone number, service issues, out-of-service area, or refusal to accept—Zevar by Khushi is not responsible and is not liable to issue a refund.
Exchange Policy
We are committed to quality. Although we do not offer refunds, your order is eligible for an Exchange or Replacement ONLY if you have received:

A wrong product.

A defective product.

A damaged product.
To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
Mandatory Unboxing Video Requirement
To process an exchange for a damaged or wrong item, a clear and correct unboxing video is mandatory. Without this video, we cannot accept an exchange request.
Video Guidelines:

360-Degree View: Start the video by showing the sealed parcel from all sides (top, bottom, and sides) before opening it. The shipping label and billing details must be clearly visible.

Continuous Shot: The video must be recorded from start to finish without any pauses, cuts, or interruptions.

No Edits: If we find that the video has been edited, is blurry, is not recorded properly, or if details are obscured, we reserve the right to reject your replacement request.
